2. Purpose of Using Information

• Providing AI-based reply and starting-message generation features
• Providing message analysis and recommendation features
• Providing sentence tuning and rewriting features
• Improving service quality and enhancing response accuracy
• Analyzing errors and improving app stability
• Providing advertisements and analyzing ad performance
• Analyzing app usage statistics and service operations

3. AI Features and Data Processing

This Application uses services based on Google Gemini and Vertex AI (Google Cloud) to provide AI-based reply generation, message analysis, starting-message generation, and sentence tuning features.

When using AI features, the following information may be transmitted to external AI service providers (Google Cloud Vertex AI):

• Messages and sentences entered by the user
• The other party's messages and conversation details
• Selected tone, style, and detailed setting values
• Contextual descriptions for using features

Transmitted data is used solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and providing the features.

By using the AI features, users are considered to have consented to the transmission of the entered data to the external AI service provider.

Some AI request and response data may be temporarily logged in the Firebase AI Logic environment for service stability and error analysis, and the retention period is managed in accordance with Google and Firebase policies.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The Application uses the following third-party services to provide certain features and operate the service:

• Google Gemini / Vertex AI (Google Cloud)
  Provides AI reply generation, message analysis, and sentence generation features
• Google AdMob
  Provides advertisements and analyzes ad performance
• Firebase Analytics
  App usage statistics and service improvement

5. Data Retention and Archiving Policy

The Application does not provide sign-up features, and most usage data is stored inside the user's device.

• Conversation history and usage details may be stored inside the user's device (DB-based local storage).
• Users can remove locally stored data by deleting the Application.
• During the processing of AI features, some request and response data may be logged in the Firebase AI Logic environment.
• Error analysis information may be collected through Firebase Crashlytics.

The Service Provider endeavors not to store user data for a long term unless there is a statutory retention obligation under relevant laws.

6. User Rights

Users can stop data collection at any time by deleting the Application.

7. Protection of Minors

This service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information, we will endeavor to delete that information within a reasonable scope.

The Service Provider endeavors to apply reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect personal information.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy
